Coaching is an important part of helping you to change habits around food choices to enable you to reach your health goals and bring about long-term changes to your lifestyle. For this reason it is more realistic to work together over several months and several appointments rather than a one-off consultation. A ‘Timebank’ package price is therefore available, as detailed below.
I also work with couples who both want to make a commitment to healthier eating, and for this special rates are available.
Initial Consultation c60-75 mins £95
Includes a review of your health questionnaire, and provision of personal programme. A 15 minute phone call one week after you start following your programme supports your transition.
Follow up Consultation c30-45 mins £65
Includes a review of your progress, feedback on any tests undertaken and adjustments to programme where necessary.
Couples consultations c90/60 mins £140 / £110
Getting into shape with your partner offers more motivation and helps keep you on track more effectively that going it alone. Initial consultations will last for 90 minutes and follow ups for 1 hour.
Timebank Consultations 3 hours £225
The coaching press needed by many clients means that we need more regular contact – frequently weekly catch ups. The Timebank concept means that after the initial consultation, you can use the balance to pay for these catch ups on a weekly scheduled basis – or as agreed. This can often work out to 6 x 15-minute catch ups or a combination of follow ups, monitoring sessions or telephone chats, as required.
