Menopause is a natural part of life that every woman will encounter – typically from the age of 48 and potentially lasting for around 4 years. 

The most common symptom, experienced by two-thirds of menopausal women, is hot flushes, often accompanied by night sweats.  However, mood swings, headaches, reduced libido, weight gain and fatigue are also common.
