There are a number of ways that we can work together.

From Gut Health Power Hours, through to 12 week coaching programmes: whatever you need I can accommodate.

I get that some people want the support and security of working closely through the coaching process - that's why I developed my programmes.

But equally there are people who just have a few questions, or want some clarity but don't need to go through the detailed process.

The Gut Health Power Hour

A focused 60-minute session to give you clarity, answers and practical nutrition guidance

Sometimes you don’t need a full nutrition programme. You simply need the opportunity to speak with an experienced practitioner, ask questions and understand what might be going on in your body.

The Power Hour consultation is a focused one-to-one session where we can explore your nutrition concerns, review your diet, and identify practical steps that could make a real difference to how you feel.

This session is ideal if you feel stuck, confused by conflicting advice, or want professional guidance on your symptoms.

During the session we can explore things like:
  • Persistent bloating or digestive discomfort
  • Possible food triggers
  • Energy dips, fatigue or brain fog
  • Nutrition support during menopause
  • Reviewing supplements you are currently taking
  • Understanding confusing or conflicting nutrition advice
  • A review of a 3–5 day food diary
  • Identifying practical changes that may improve your symptoms

 

What you’ll gain from the session:

By the end of the consultation you should have:

  • Greater clarity about what may be contributing to your symptoms

  • Practical nutrition strategies you can begin implementing straight away

  • A clearer understanding of how nutrition may support your health

  • Guidance on sensible next steps if further support is needed

Clients are encouraged to take notes during the session so you can refer back to the guidance afterwards.

This session is best suited for anyone who:
  • Has a specific nutrition question you would like expert advice on

  • Would like a professional review of your diet

  • Wants guidance on managing digestive symptoms

  • Is unsure whether nutrition therapy could help you

  • Needs some focused advice rather than a full consultation programme

For more complex or long-standing health issues, a full consultation may be more appropriate and we can discuss this if needed.

This session may not be suitable if:
  • You are looking for a full therapeutic nutrition plan

  • You have a complex health history that requires detailed investigation

  • You would prefer a written protocol and detailed follow-up recommendations

In these situations, a full nutrition consultation will allow us to explore your health in greater depth and develop a personalised plan.

How to Prepare for your Power Hour

Before the session, it helps to:
  • Make a short list of the questions you would like answered or what you'd like to talk about
  • Bring details of any supplements you are currently taking
  • Have a pen and paper ready so you can make notes
  • If you’d like a diet review, keep a 3–5 day food diary

1:1 Personalised Consultations

A comprehensive, in depth analysis of your health information and creation of a personalised plan

To start the process of bringing you back to wellness we need to start by looking at, and understanding what's going on in, the gut.

So start by booking a 1:1 consultation which will take us through a series of steps to help create a fully personalised plan.

You'll fill in a detailed health  questionnaire, and we'll talk through your symptoms at our initial consultation.

I'll then be able to advise on a strategy which may include functional testing where appropriate.

As a starting point let's have a 20 minute call to go over the process and make sure I'm the right person to help you!

What to expect from the 1:1 Process

The 1:1 consultations are a much more detailed and personalised process. This is what you'll experience as part of the consultation:

Analysis of your onboarding health questionnaire

Face to face or online consultation - approx 75 mins

Written programme to support your goals

Telephone check in after one week

Weekly monitoring of your food diary for 4 weeks

Techniques and practices to make lasting changes to your mindset

A sounding board and cheerleader as you work towards your goals

Meal plan or food choice recommendations

Analysis and interpretation of test results (if used)

Please note: Most clients request a follow up, normally after 4-6 weeks. This is at an additional cost.  So depending on requirements, goals and any testing recommended a package may be a more cost effective option. This can, of course, be discussed during your FREE discovery call.
